Four questions you may have.

How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of the order and say you’d like a refund — that’s the whole procedure. It works even after you’ve downloaded the document, and ‘it wasn’t what I needed’ is a complete sentence. The money is back within 5 business days.
Can I get a receipt with my business details?
Yes — reply to your receipt email with your business name and address, and we’ll reissue the receipt with them. It is a receipt, not a tax invoice: Clausebook has no Australian business number (ABN), so it cannot issue tax invoices.
Is this legal advice?
No. Clausebook is not a law firm and is not entitled to engage in legal practice in Australia. We sell documents you complete yourself and general information about the law they follow — not advice about your situation. Is my document data used for anything else?
